Mahape’ l - Sunny Season : The departure of the ephemeral inland sea is quick as its arrival. Lands are saturated in submerged decay nurturing waiting to regenerate new growth. A sonic gift which came from the sea, played for the arrival of Mahape’ l - Sunny Season.

After a 20 year hiatus with my initial practice, I have created a new bodys of work around traditional 35mm printing.

Photography, porcupine quills and paracord rope Wami’ Yawe’t - Centizummayeh was given tonalli from the sun to defend its life from nature. I honor my tonalli through these photos by transforming these materials into Centizummayeh.
